Educational service only

DSCRDealCheck provides an educational calculator and informational content. Results are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and are not a loan offer, quote, pre-approval, appraisal, underwriting decision, or commitment to lend. They are not financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.

We are not a lender or mortgage broker, do not make credit decisions, and do not originate or underwrite loans. A third-party provider alone determines eligibility, rates, fees, terms, and availability.

Optional provider introductions

You do not need to request lender options or an introduction to use the calculator. If no provider is identified beside the form, your request authorizes follow-up by DSCRDealCheck only and is not sent to a lender. If a form identifies a provider, it will display the applicable named-provider consent before submission; only that consent authorizes us to share the submitted details with the identified provider.

We may receive compensation for a qualified introduction, referral, or completed transaction. Commercial relationships can affect which providers are available or presented and their placement. An introduction does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, approve a loan, or offer particular terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for independently verifying calculations, property data, and financing terms before acting. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit another person's information without permission, or use automated methods that create unreasonable traffic or abuse.

Third-party content and services

The site may describe or link to third-party providers, products, and websites. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, decisions, availability, or performance. Review their terms before working with them.

Availability and warranties

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Covo Franco Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on an estimate, or dealings with a third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
