Our role

DSCRDealCheck is operated by Covo Franco Digital LLC. We provide an educational calculator, informational content, and an optional way to request an introduction to a third-party financing provider. We are not a lender or mortgage broker, do not make credit decisions, and do not originate or underwrite loans.

DSCR financing is generally marketed for business-purpose investment properties. Whether a particular loan is business-purpose and which federal or state rules apply depend on the transaction, borrower, property, provider, and jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is a legal conclusion about a specific loan.

Affiliate & lead disclosure

DSCRDealCheck may receive compensation for a qualified introduction, referral, or completed transaction. Commercial relationships can affect which providers are available or presented and their placement. A provider alone determines the rates, fees, terms, approval, and availability of any financing.

Running the calculator does not require or share your contact information. If you request lender options without an identified provider, the request stays with DSCRDealCheck for follow-up and is not sent to a lender. If you separately request an introduction, the form will identify the provider and show the applicable named-provider consent before you submit. We may then share the details you provide only with that identified provider to fulfill your request. The provider may contact you using the methods described in that consent. You do not need to submit a request to use the calculator.

Trademarks

Lender names (Kiavi, Easy Street Capital, Visio, Angel Oak, Griffin Funding, New American Funding, and others) are used nominatively to identify and review their publicly advertised programs. Their use does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, DSCRDealCheck beyond any disclosed partnership. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The DSCR formula and lender thresholds shown are based on public information and standard market practice and may change. We maintain this content but make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Always verify program terms directly with the lender before relying on them.
